Miles Building Contracting works as main contractor on residential, commercial and industrial projects in Dubai and Sharjah. Scope covers structural works, civil works, MEP installation, internal finishes and external works under a single contract. The company holds a Dubai building contracting licence permitting buildings up to G+12.

Miles delivers design and build as a single contract. Architectural and structural design is produced by an appointed licensed consultant working under Miles' contract; MEP design is produced in-house under DEWA approval. Miles constructs as main contractor and remains the client's single point of responsibility.

Miles builds villas in Dubai and Sharjah as main contractor, from substructure through to handover. Scope covers structural works, civil works, MEP installation, internal finishes and external works. Recorded villa projects range from single-storey ground villas to G+1, on plots between 400 and 620 square metres.

Miles constructs residential and mixed-use buildings in Dubai and Sharjah under a building contracting licence permitting up to G+12. Recorded projects include residential buildings of G+1 plus three typical floors, and retail and residential buildings of B+G+4+R, on plots between 1,500 and 2,780 square metres.

Miles builds mosques in Dubai as main contractor. Scope covers structural and civil works, MEP installation, internal finishes and external works, delivered under the company building contracting licence. Prayer hall, ablution areas and minaret works are coordinated with the appointed consultant and the relevant authority.

Miles holds a Dubai licence for 3D printing building construction contracting and has completed a printed mosque in Dubai. Walls are printed on site by robotic arm without formwork, then integrated with conventional foundations, slabs and MEP.

Miles produces MEP design in-house under DEWA approval and installs mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as part of its contracting scope. Work covers HVAC, ventilation and air filtration, electrical fitting and plumbing, delivered on Miles projects and as a separately contracted package.

Miles carries out fit-out and renovation works for residential and commercial spaces in Dubai and Sharjah. Scope covers strip-out and demolition, partitions and ceilings, joinery, MEP alterations and finishes, delivered under the company building contracting and technical services licence activities.

Miles provides building maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, mechanical and structural components. Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, reactive repairs and emergency call-outs for villas and buildings in Dubai and Sharjah, delivered under the company technical services and electromechanical works licence activities.

Woodwork and joinery is delivered by a Miles group company. Scope covers custom carpentry, wood flooring, fitted furniture, doors and internal joinery, produced for Miles projects and supplied directly to clients in Dubai and Sharjah. Carpentry and wood flooring works are listed on the Miles Dubai commercial licence.

uPVC doors and windows are supplied and installed by a Miles group company. Scope covers fabrication, glazing, installation and finishing of uPVC and aluminium door and window systems for villas, buildings and fit-out projects. Glass and aluminium installation is listed on the Miles Dubai commercial licence.
