Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Miles Building Contracting L.L.C collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your phone number, and — if you choose to give them — your email address and a description of your project. Nothing else is collected about you, and none of it is required to browse this site.

Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to price and deliver that work. We do not use it for anything else. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered by email to office@milesuae.ae. They are held in that mailbox and in our own records for as long as needed to answer you and, where a contract follows, for the period our records must be kept.
How long we keep it
An enquiry that does not lead to work is kept while it may still be useful to answer you, and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the records are kept for the period required of a contractor in the UAE.
If you apply for a job
Applications are sent by email to office@milesuae.ae. Whatever you put in that email — your CV, your history, your contact details — is held in that mailbox. This site has no upload field and stores no files, so nothing you send is kept on a server of ours. An application for a role we do not fill is kept while the position is being decided and then deleted; write to us and we will delete it sooner.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies and does not profile you. It does not follow you across other websites.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will act on it.
