Construction Methods at Miles
Miles builds using conventional reinforced concrete construction and, under a Dubai licence for 3D printing building construction contracting, using 3D concrete printing. Both methods are described here so the difference is clear before a method is chosen for a plot.

3D Concrete Printing
Dubai has set a target for a quarter of its new buildings to be 3D printed by 2030. Miles is licensed for 3D printing building construction contracting and has already delivered printed work, including a completed mosque — which puts the company inside that target rather than waiting on it.
Conventional Construction
Conventional construction at Miles uses reinforced concrete frames with blockwork infill, plaster and applied finishes. It is the method used on the majority of Miles villa and building projects, and is the reference point against which 3D concrete printing is assessed for a given plot.
