Saddiq Mosque in The Villa, Dubai, built by Miles using 3D concrete printing. The walls were printed on site from a cementitious mix deposited in layers, then integrated with conventional foundations, slabs and MEP. The wave texture across the facade is the printing itself, not an applied finish.

Overview
A mosque in Dubai built by Miles Building Contracting using 3D concrete printing, under the company’s Dubai licence activity for 3D printing building construction contracting.
Method
Printed elements follow a digital model, so the wall geometry is produced directly from the design rather than formed and cast — no formwork is required. The layered surface visible on the completed facade is a product of the printing process itself.
Printing does not replace the whole structure. Foundations, slabs and the elements carrying primary loads were built conventionally, and the printed elements were integrated with them. This is the approach Miles uses on all of its 3D concrete printing work.
